Lissom, the stretching app by Vireo Health Apps, lets you delete your account and everything backed up to it at any time. You only have an account if you signed in to back up your progress; if you never signed in, there's nothing stored by us to delete.
In the app (straight away)
- Open Lissom and go to Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Confirm it's you with your password, or by choosing your Google account.
Your account and its data are deleted as soon as you confirm.
By email (if you don't have the app)
Email us from the address you use with Lissom, with the subject "Delete my Lissom account". If you signed in with Google, send it from that Google address.
hello@vireohealthapps.com
We'll check the request comes from the account's owner, delete everything within one month, and reply to confirm.
Deleting some data but keeping your account
If you'd like to keep your account but have part of what's backed up deleted, such as your stretching history or your custom routines, email us from the address you use with Lissom and say what you'd like removed. We'll delete it within one month and reply to confirm.
What's deleted
- Account
Your sign-in: email address, name (for Google accounts) and account ID.
- Stretching history
Every session record, your streaks and your totals.
- Custom routines
Every routine you built.
Deleting in the app also clears this data from that phone. Reminder times and settings, which never leave your phone, are removed when you uninstall Lissom.
What's kept
We don't keep any of your Lissom data after your account is deleted. Your Premium purchase is recorded by Google Play, not by us, so it stays with your Google account and you can restore it later. Google keeps its own payment records under Google's privacy policy.
More detail is in the Lissom privacy policy.
